Cherwell guest house lies to the East of Oxford within a 5 min walk of the famous Magdalen Bridge, botanical gardens and the high street from which the many colleges that make up Oxford university can be explored, the best known being Christchurch ,Balliol and Trinity. Alternatively the covered market provides a good opportunity to explore oxford of bygone times. Opened in 1774 it has many boutiques and eateries .A stone’s throw from here is the famous Radcliffe camera, Sheldonian theatre and Bodleian library. Shopping is centred around Queen street Corn market street and the West-gate centre. Oxford is becoming increasingly well known for its many restaurants and Cherwell Guesthouse is uniquely placed within 5 mins walk of the Cowley road , whilst being famous for its Indian restaurants it also includes ,Italian ,Greek,Lebanese,Japanese,Thai,Chinese,Syrian,American,Nepalese,Turkish,Moroccan,Spanish,Jamaican ,Mexican,tapas,and fish restaurants we are also a short walk from the O2 music academy and comedy club.
